  • Jim (West Chester, PA) "Great Location !"
Date of stay 8th October 2013

We spent five nights at this apartment and it was great. The owner, Christina, was very gracious and helpful with restaurant recommendations, places of interest, etc.. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the ad and the amenities were very nice. But the location is ideal for Rome sightseeing. We were literally around the corner from the Pantheon, and a comfortable walk from the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, The Roman Forum, the Borghesi Gallery, and the Trevi fountain. If you stay, visit Parma Roma, across the Piazza. It's a great local Restaurant.
Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  • Chris O. (Melbourne) "Location"
Date of stay 17th June 2013

The location is excellent with 3 or 4 of tripadvisor's top ten attractions less than a 5 minute walk away. There are two supermarkets (carrefour and Despar) also within a 5 minute walk.
Christina was an excellent host who responded quickly to both of our minor complaints. She also walked us around and showed us some of the nearby sights and she also gave us the use of a storage room in the building where we put our bags on the last day. We were then able to explore on the last day and collect our bags later on and then go to the termini, it was great not to lug our bags around unnecessarily !
Unfortunately there was no air conditioning (Christina said she was in the throes of installing a split system, so follow that up). The shower is quite small, so if you are larger than average you will struggle and the Internet speed is erratic, sometimes fast and sometimes very slow.
All in all it was a very good place to base our holiday.

  • David (Palm Springs, CA) "A perfect place to enjoy Rome"
Date of stay 7th May 2013

The apartment, well pictured on the listing, is perfectly located in the center of historic Rome, just steps away from the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. It is in a wonderful old building, is immaculately maintained, and extremely comfortable. The care and concern of the management could not be bettered.. As a bonus, two or thee of the best restaurants in Rome are within a short walk from the place, especially La Campana, a few blocks away, which is the oldest (and certainly one of the best) restaurants in the city. I would recommend the place without qualification (well, the kitchen is a little small, but Rome is for eating out) to anyone. Personally, I can hardly wait to return.

  • Elizabeth H. "Wonderful apartment with windows opening on fascinating piazza"
    Date of stay 04/26/13

Our apartment stay in Rome was great! We loved being within a block and a half of the Pantheon. We were able to walk everywhere from the Coliseum to the Borghese Gardens. People on foot, scooters, bikes, even small cars came through the piazza which made it fascinating to watch. The apt itself was clean, welcoming, and equipped with all that we needed -- wireless, breakfast goods (coffee!), tv (in Italian, of course, which was fun in and of itself). Our landlady and her daughter met us at the corner of the piazza, helped us understand the keys, the stove, the wireless, the washing machine, where the linens were, in short whatever we needed. And recommended a very nice restaurant that we enjoyed. Olivia was very helpful to us in planning our trip, including how to get to the apt from the airport and the Termini train station, I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Roma!
